The redesign of By Design magazine gives it a fresh new look to draw in more readers and appeal to a younger audience. Clean layouts and contemporary typography using Mrs. Eaves for body text creates narratives that are easily read in print as well as in the digit e-pub version on Issu. Didot is used for the logo and Parkside on headings throughout gives the magazine a soft, creative feel. Using colors sampled from the cover floral design and images throughout the magazine, creates spreads with generous amounts of negative white space and pops of color.
